The gentlemen who performed the services ( Demo and tile install) were very Professional , Friendly, Courteous , and Respectful. They always arrived on time and remained on site until the daily committed work was complete.
The team cleaned up as they progressed trough the project keeping the site in an orderly state.
Patasan Homes professionals went over and above , making numerous trips to trade stores to purchase a very specific finish I wanted. This was very impressive and greatly appreciated.
There was also an issue whereby the normal process of laying a scratch coat could not be used (due to work done by the prior owner) so immediate trouble shooting was required. Fortunately , the owner of Patasan Homes, Raul, did a pre-walk prior to starting the job, and he was able to identify that a different skill (dry pack) was required and immediately sourced the skilled company to perform the service. This was a critical catch and consequently allowed for the project to stay on schedule. For this I was very appreciative.
