Cant say enough good things about Vlad and his team. They fixed the issue in less than 24 hours and were able to have a technician over in less than 4 - so efficient. I strongly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again if we have any appliance issues.

Did a such for a company to repair my fridge this morning around 8am and received an immediate response from Star Alliance Repair. They gave me 3 two hour windows to choose from for same day service. The technician texted before arrival, made a quick bit thorough diagnosis and the job, including a trip out to pick up a part was finished within 2 hours. Andy communicated all necessary information in terms I could understand and was very neat and polite.
I have to say the whole experience was pretty amazing, I am impressed and so happy my refrigerator was repaired and that I didnt have to buy a new one.
Would definitely recommend this company for expediency and value (less than I thought).

I cannot praise Star Appliance Repair enough for the incredible service provided by their technician, Vlad. My dryer was acting up, and I was worried about the potential costs and inconvenience of getting it fixed. However, from the moment Vlad arrived, he put all my worries to rest.

He took the time to explain the issue with my dryer in detail, patiently answering all my questions. The repair person, Andy, could not have been better in every way: his work ethic, his kindness, his respect for my lack of knowledge, answering all my questions and showing me exactly what needed repair. The washing machine was fine, so he explained how it worked so it might have seemed to need repair. On the oven he identified the problem and the cost of fixing it. He pointed out the broken unit on my oven, a panel, and the high cost of replacement - showing me on his phone the new unit and the price. Adding the labour cost he agreed I would do just as well with a good used oven replacement, and suggested the best online route to look for one. (As they don't sell to the public.) The cost of both diagnostics was so reasonable, the next-day visit so timely, I am grateful for this business and, in particular, for this employee.

Our 7 y.o. Bosch dishwasher stopped washing and drying the dishes properly. We sent an inquiry to Star Appliance Repair. They quickly phoned us back, asked for additional information and provided an estimate. We agreed. As soon as the necessary replacement part became available Vlad offered the same day replacement service. In a few hours the dishwasher was as good as new. We very much appreciated Vlad's prompt response, professionalism, attention to the details and valuable suggestions. The best service we had experienced. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend this team more highly. Andy went above and beyond the call. He was meticulous in diagnosing the issue. He was highly responsive and service oriented. He genuinely cared about what he was doing. He was very thoughtful about the work. We will call Star Appliance for all our needs going forward.

First time client. Val and Tomas made the service call. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a thermostat and provided a fair estimate for the repair. Both were very professional, respective of the covid regulations and for our home. Provided timely communication and on time for the scheduled appointment. My refrigerator is working fine now.

We were having ongoing issues with our Kitchenaid freezer and were waiting for another appliance company to receive parts for the repair. After waiting 4 weeks, we decided to try a different repair company. My experience with Star Appliance Repair was top notch from beginning to end. Karina was pleasant and knowledgeable when I first called, and got back to me promptly to let me know they could get the parts and be onsite the following day. Vlad arrived within the service window, was extremely nice, and patiently answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to call them again for future repairs!

I was really happy with the service received from Star Appliance Repair. I had a issue with my Whirlpool Washer Machine and in really short time the technician Vladislav was able to recognize the problem. Once he fixed the machine he gave me few tips how to maintain clean the filter and avoid other problems. Job done professionally, I will call them again if needed.

Our washing machine would no longer spin quickly enough during the spin cycle leaving our clothes soaked and heavy. Vlad came on-site within an hour or so for his assessment and, after ordering the parts, came back to replace the motor. Vlad was very professional and polite throughout the entire process. I will definitely use, and recommend, Vlad's services again.
