Townhouse inspection

Home Inspection review in Mississauga

Kevin was punctual, knowledgeable, personable, thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He explained how everything worked in the mechanical room and what all of the switches and controls were for throughout the house. Great experience! We have had bad experiences with home inspectors in the past and Kevin showed us how amazing and detailed a home inspection can be! We didn't feel rushed and he explained everything he saw with us in detail and got us the report the same day. We had tons of questions and asked for clarification on many things and he made us feel heard and clarified everything. He also followed up after the report to make sure no additional questions came up.
He also had all the fancy tools required to catch many issues and provide peace of mind.

Home Inspection - Great experience

Home Inspection review in Brampton

Kevin won my business immediately after I called him for the first time. As I was getting new home from the builder, I invited him to be part of Pre delivery inspection. He was very thorough in home inspection. He pointed out few items which helped me get those corrected from the builder. The weather didn't permit him getting in to attic so He made another visit and completed the task. The home inspection report he provided was detailed along with pictures. I highly recommend Kevin for your home inspection needs.
