Bilal was a gentleman from the get go. He showed up when he said he would and was very thorough in his assessment. Since we installed the windows 5 years ago we have done many projects inside & outside and they were very dirty and in need of a cleaning. On the day of the job he showed up on time and when it was all said and done my windows look brand new. He also cleaned my gutters and even wash a few extra pieces that he didn't charge me for.
