We bought a 72 year old house and when I say that the ducts did not look like they had ever been cleaned I am not joking! To boot, our furnace is located in a crawl space under the house, which has about 4ft of clearance.

Two Other companies we reached out to before refused the work and one other wanted to charge us extra to get down there, not Matthew.

He got down there and cleaned us out! showed before and after videos/pics and we are very satisfied with his work. Will defiantly be looking to work with him again in the future and highly recommend.

I would highly recommend MP Professional. Matthew was the first to respond to my request for a quote. He was polite, responsive and well informed. He took the time to explain the full process to me.
He arrived on time, with a courtesy call before hand to let me know he was 30 minutes away.
After a quick chat, I felt fully confident to give him run of the house while I continued my job, working from home (Note: Duct Cleaning is a very loud process, so noise cancelling headphone would be smart).
When he was done, Matthew walked me through some concerns he found with my dryer vent and furnace filter, and offered good advice.

Matthew performed an excellent job in his duct, dryer and furnace cleaning. He was the one that was the most patient when he first reached out to answer all my questions very quickly. Out of all of the places that reached out to me for quotes Matthew was the best.

During and after cleaning he gave me a detail walk through and recommendations on what I needed to do and my condition of my ducts. Best part of all he doesnt charge per vent or limit you to vents unlike other competitors. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service and most importantly he did a great job.
