As a tough customer, I can confirm that I had an exceptionally positive experience. They provided all necessary information that we requested at the beggining, hence being transparent with their operation. Communication was excellent. Ivan has always kept me informed and was easy to reach and available to answer any questions or address any issues or concerns. I felt valued as a customer. The project was completed flawlessly and without delay. Not only did we have our quartz countertops installed professionally but they exceeded our expectations with being able to surprise us with a single slab for half the counterspace, which created minimal seams. We wouldn't be able to get that kind of service somewhere else (another company offered us 4 slabs without exception). We were also told by another company that it was impossible to create a 3cm quartz countertop-waterfall. But Ivan and his team were able to get us everything we wanted, including a 3cm quartz waterfall. They also had more options to choose from for the selection of the quartz stone than any retailer we visited. Also importantly, we were not overcharged. We paid the market price for the value of the job. Ivan & Ivan went above and beyond and I am thankful that we found them and that we hired them to complete this project. We would hire them again in a heartbeat next time if we want to upgrade bathroom countertops etc. They provided us an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody that is looking for professional and quality service.
