NEST MOVERS

I’ve used NEST MOVERS Cartage multiple times and most recently for a move from St. george to North York. They are my first choice and very easy to deal with. My move was fast and well done - everything arrived in fantastic shape and they even put my bed and dining table together. Thank you SO MUCH to NEST MOVERS, Isaac and Germain for taking the stress out of my move and actually making it an enjoyable experience. I will use them again and won’t hesitate to recommend them!

The company had missed their original appointment. This put our move at risk as you could only book the elevators for short windows, and we needed to be out of the apartment that night . After a favor from security, we were able to get another window. Nest decided to come back after urging them to meet their commitment. Unfortunately, the services were again poor. While several other movers were able to come in and out, the individuals sent by nest were not efficient, with one incredibly rude individual . This individual was making rude comments in a foreign language he did not realize we could understand. Half way through the move , the team had decided they did want to finish the job . After negotiating with Gary, he was kind of enough to support and convince his partner who was incredibly unprofessional. His partner would then go to drop several boxes throughout the move, damaging several items. They would continue to drag their feet, finishing (not the full apartment) after several hours. This required myself to move items to make up for the one unprofessional employee , who was the truck driver. This employee again needed to be convinced to move items, requiring two people to move items off the truck towards the last leg of the move.

While one employee, Gary, was great and a professional, the rest was horrible and made for one of the worst experiences. I’d encourage the company to better vet employees prior to engaging them with customers. This was not only a bad look for myself, but to several others (including other movers) in the building who had witnessed the behavior of nest employees and offered to support . These others could have been future customers and I could have been a referral. I am hoping the company makes the corrections needed and takes this feedback to thrive in the future

Garry, Navjot and Anil did a fantastic job with our move. They were on time and did an excellent job protecting all our furniture. They brought everything in carefully, reassembled furniture properly and worked very hard for a full day. Pricing was extremely reasonable and service was great - would highly recommend !!

I want to say the team of nest Movers Ltd was very professional and very polite .Movers were very careful with the furniture. The guys did wonderful job without any scratch and demage
I called to many companies regarding estimate of my stuff and I just got excuses from them like coming tomorrow or on the way. But I saw the value of time in next movers as they said they came on the exact time . I appreciate the owner and smart team. I would definitely recommend them for moving

I moved on June 29 My television was cracked 55 inch TV and my bed broken. I called and was told I reported the damage after 12 hours which is Nest Movers insurance coverage cut off according to company. I paid 1400 for the move and now have to buy a new television and bed and the company is not responsibility. I am very disappointed in the unprofessional treatment and believe a refund for the move is warranted, of not I will be contacting consumer reports at city tv about this poor service. Things happen items get damaged be responsible

I moved my house with this company . It was my first time doing business with them . I was nervous at first since all my stuff in my house was really expensive. But the movers were very smooth and professional with their work . Took less time then I was expecting. They knew what they were doing . All my stuff reached there safely . Really happy with their service and prices. Would definitely recommend them .

I am extremely happy with the move. It was a great experience right from the start till the end. Arun was amazing to talk to and is customer service oriented. He gave us very competitive rates. The movers came and started right on time. In the beginning i felt they were a bit slower than what i had expected, however they gained speed with time. Joban and German both movers were devoted and were courteous. They were able to fit all my 2 bedroom condo stuff in a 18ft truck.

I went with Nest Movers after speaking with Arun and they were able to provide me with an accurate reasonable quote over the phone. I then spoke with the 2-3 more times prior to the move as I had concerns the truck may not be big enough, they assured me it should be fine. Baldev and German then showed up with the truck and packed it very well. I was quite surprised how they were able to fit so much into the truck, truly an art by a very experienced team. They disassembled and assembled the beds professionally, and also assisted in various requests.

This conpany is just wow because last week I chose their service for my 2 bedroom house from Toronto to Elliot lake, and their price was quite economical in comparison to other moving companies. They wrapped up my furniture with shrink and moving blankets very nicely and I received it like I bought it new.

Therefore, i’d higly recommend Nest movers if you want best service with zero stress.
