I had a fantastic experience working with Chris and Higher Place Tree Care. I hired Chris to remove two massive Manitoba Maples in our backyard. After speaking with a few arborists, Chris was by far the most knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. From our first conversation onwards, he explained everything so clearly that I felt 110% comfortable choosing Higher Place. Chris did not disappoint! His arborist report was spot on, submitted on time to the City for permit, the permitting process went smoothly, and the job was completed swiftly and cleanly. My neighbours were all impressed with his teams professionalism, especially with such a large job involving a crane. We live in the Beach where the houses are really close together and Chris came the day before to notify the neighbours, put down pylons, and cleaned everything up. Thank you Chris and the Higher Place team! I highly recommend Chris and will no doubt hire him again for future jobs.

I'm very happy with Chris and his work! He came to quote on the project in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and was competitively priced. Once we confirmed the project, he provided a date for the work to be completed, and showed up as promised. He was very professional. He let me know what had to be done and a written quote was emailed shortly after. Chris and his crew were GREAT! Back yard looks open. Trees were trimmed and everything was cleaned up.
