Dimitri is an owner/operator who clearly takes pride in his business and workmanship. I appreciate being able to call him directly to explain what the issue is and to arrange an appointment with him directly vs calling a large company and having to speak to an operator who sends a random service person each time. Highly recommend.

Had to push to get reply but came the same day and fixed it. However, a bit costly, could have bought a used dryer for less money!

Our 8 year old washer stopped working. We were desperate and called Pegasus for a fast turnaround service. The service was schedule within a day and Dmitry came by and diagnosed the issue immediately. Quoted us on the replacement. Luckily the part was available and he came by next day and fixed it! Dmitry came to fix a washer and dryer almost the next day, fixed what he could quickly & ordered what he needed to return for the rest. He finished the whole job quickly, efficiently & well and was super friendly. Price was reasonable and he even put the washer back together properly when it hadn’t been the last time someone else worked on it. I will always go with Pegasus for repairs from now on.

Inspection occurred couple of days before the replacement process; it was very easy and straight forward. The problem was identified and repair was scheduled from there. It only took about 30-40min of work. Would recommend them for home appliance issues.
