Alex came within 20 minutes of calling. He was polite, considerate and wore a mask. He had to go out and get a part and was right back and fixed the freezer part of our refrigerator pronto.

Alex showed up however was not too familiar with our GE stove. While work was completed after numerous requests Alex finally gave us our receipt which apparently was due to technical difficulties on his end.

UPDATE: Alex finally got back to me yesterday and looks to have resolved the issue. Will continue to monitor and see if the fix will last. Thanks for getting back to him.

Alex came out a few times to fix a dryer squeaking sound, after attempting a few fixes (replaced a few parts), the sound still exists and has become louder...

Alex did agreed to come back to resolve but have missed two subsequent visits.

I haven't not been able to reach him since (unanswered calls, no replies to text or voicemail).

Got excellent same day service. Alex responded first thing in morning came out diagnosed issue got part and replaced it in no time. Much better than buy a new washer as price was very reasonable.
I would recommend!

Alex came twice to service our washing machine. On the second visit, he spent about an hour looking at the parts and cleaning the hoses. Even though he was ultimately not able to fix it, he returned our money which we are grateful for.

failure to fix problem. Unresponsive in trying to solve issue. Did no show up for follow up appointment.

After persisting, received partial refund. Would not recommend this company.

I was skeptical about calling an appliance repair company but from the first call, Alex showed respect and understanding. My fridge was making some strange noises and of course I didn't know what to do. Alex managed to get the noise fixed and also cleaned the back of the fridge for us for a correct maintenance.

Alex responded quickly to my request to repair my laundry washer. However, he was not very prompt arriving and when he did we had a partial power outage. He managed to get the door open, but said he would come back to fix the problem. The next day, he didn't arrive despite 2 phone calls from me. Apparently he was sick, but did not tell me this. He refunded my call out fee.

The only reason I gave three stars is because he answered and came very promptly when I first called. When I called him back to rectify an unfixed problem he was reluctant to come, made us wait until 6:30pm when he told me he was coming between 10-12am and was unpleasant when he came. Very disappointing. As a self-employed person, I understand the importance of after sales service. Alex, unfortunately, doesn't understand that. I could have referred him to my clients but will not be doing that.

I had a Whirpool washer that wasn't working. Alex professionally assessed the problem, needed to get a part and returned the next day to fix the washer. I would hire him anytime.
