The crew were very professional. They finished the job sooner than expected, it took only 5-6 hours. They removed all of the nails and old shingles, so there was no clean-up. The shingles have a 10 year guarantee from the manufacturer. If any replacement is needed in that time, it will be covered. My roof looks great, I have no complaints.

raccoons went to my home by breaking the plastic vent and all the shingles around that. They made a hole in the roof and destroyed a section of shingles. I noticed that when it leaks inside my home last week, when it was raining.
