Repair fridge and freezer

Service was on time, friendly and thorough
All repairs explained and options given
Parts were ordered and they returned within a week and completed work as described and followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure all was good

Repaired our LG washer

Appliance Repair review in Vaughan

Excellent customer service and professional team! We had a leak in our LG washer and ICare got the job done. The service man Zack was amazing and a great worker he found the issue right away ordered the part and repaired our washer. Very reasonable price. I recommend ICare as we will be using them for all our appliance services.

Fix LG Oven that was not heating up

I-Care Appliance came very well prepared with various options and parts to fix my LG oven that was not heating. This was crucial because it saved me the price of someone coming just to do a diagnostic and then returning with parts to fix the problem. The work was done efficiently and my stove is working again. I highly recommend this company, and if you them call ask for Stan. He is extremely knowledgeable about appliances, and, as he did with me, can save you money by getting parts for "after-market" prices.

Fridge repair

I have used I Care Appliance Repair. Excellent service! Repair was done in a timely manner. Our technician Zach was very knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. Came twice, because of parts ordering. Due to Covid supply chain issue, one part was not readily available, but the company was able to locate it. The repair was quick. The company had followed up with a phone call to ensure we are happy with the repair. Would definitely use their service again.
