Our old AC is 25 years old, it was working fine for the first time when using it this summer. However it was broken in the second day. It was pretty hot this summer. We shopped around to get a new one. United Home Services is one of the service providers we asked around.when talking to Ben, he patiently and professionally answered our concerns. Very professional, effective and friendly. I will introduce my clients to them first! When I called Ben, he assign an Expert to check first, then tried their best to install the new Furnace and Ac within two days! They have done a wonderful job!

Our AC is over 20 years old, so we decided to get a new one. However our basement has a crawling space, which makes the installation very difficult besides a special coil had to be ordered and some tubes needed to changed due to the original system.

United Home Services sent in a technician to check the AC System and working condition just two days after my initial call. One week later, the new AC was installed.

Two technicians worked in the crawling space from 10:30am to 5pm. They were very patient and professional. We were very happy about their services.

Ben and staff did amazing job from the step of explanation and quotation till installation. The workers were fast and polite. They cover all the way to the furnace room and cleaned after the job done. So far I am really happy with my new furnace. It was really good deal.

Nothing is worse than happened in the midnight when I found only cool air is blowing out at the vents at the winter time, and that happened to me on last Sunday.

It was a mess and I promptly bought 2 heaters next morning to sustain the rest of day and uncertain if it will last for couple days. It was too urgent and I was not intended to get a price comparison or low balling. I seek many advice from different people and somehow in those connections I got more vendor offers - UHSC was one of them and she offered an attractive price on a premium furnace product. In the conversation with Ben from UHSC, I told him I want to install a more reputed product within the budget and disregards the price, a robust furnace with less problem in next ten year warranty is my consideration as well. Certainly he took care all of concerns in this call.

The booking was smooth and the schedule could be arranged within couple hours for emergency. The installation was only taken place in 2 hours, less than 3 hours that Ben mentioned in our conversation. What has impressed me is not limited to the time-efficiency, I could also see the professionalism in the entire procedure from moving the new furnace, installation and completion - it is neat and nothing mess. This is what a happy customer expecting when we all know that furnace is a huge stuff and not easy for movement, right?

I have been shopping around between serval HVAC companies for this winter to replacing the heating and cooling system these days. My friend recommended United Home to me. United home provided with me very good price on furnace and attic insulation. Also, I got one-year rental free from water heater rental as a new client.
