Alex was fantastic to work with. It was a small job by typical standards (just a sliding door) but he gave me his full attention during the entire process and treated me with priority and respect despite being extremely busy. His communication was excellent and he was prompt with calls and texts.

He got a sliding door delivered and installed within 4 days of being engaged, which is unheard of right now. The workmanship was excellent and Boris (installer) was fast, courteous, and professional. Installation was less than 4 hours. I'm extremely happy with the work and with my interaction with Alex and the team.

We wanted to change our original entry door with a new nice fibreglass double door.
Alex came to our home ready, with catalogs and pictures of huge variety of fibreglass doors, inserts and multi locks, and guide us with patience, professionally and friendly approach to select a beautiful door that fitted our budget.
We want to thank Windows and Doors Ontario for a great job. The installation was done professionally.

Alex and his team did an excellent job on our windows and doors. They were exactly as ordered and delivered on time and on budget. We had quotes from other vendors that were more than double the cost for the same thing, Alex beat their price and timeline by thousands of dollars. The customer service was also top notch and the installation took less than a full day for 12 windows and a door!

I will be recommending these guys to all our friends and family.

Windows instalation

I ordered replacement of Double Pane windows with Triple.
However, some windows got Alex installed have been Double Pane windows.

It means I paid money for nothing.

Alex declined to reimburse money or fix the issue.

He stopped returning my calls as soon as I've found a problem
