Very efficient and professional. They came on time, and the job was done in 2 hours! Cleaned up the place after their work is done.

Arbor Art did an excellent job removing dead limbs from my large Birch Tree. I had some older tree cuts that developed rot. They cleaned them out and gave me instructions on how to treat the area and watch for further decay. They identified what they would do and did it. I negotiated a better price since limbs were left behind for me to deal with.

The pricing was fair given the time it took to methodically and carefully remove one large and one medium tree.

I'm a D.I.Y. person and have removed several smaller trees myself but the 2 in question were 10 and 20 years old respectively; too tall and sprawling for a novice to remove safely.

The trees were also partially leaning on 2 neighbour's property so they had to be taken down the limb by limb which required great forethought and planning.

No damage was done to surrounding plants and shrubs.
The larger branches were lowered slowly using a clever pulley system.

All branches, trunks, leaves were mulched and removed.
The team was professional and polite.

We would highly recommend using Arbor Art Inc. for any tree trimming project you may have. The team was highly professional and did a terrific trimming job on our large locust tree. They arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time making sure that they cut away all the dead branches large and small and making sure we were satisfied with the job before climbing down. They also did a spectacular job of cleaning up all the downed branches right down to the smallest pieces. We will certainly use Arbor Art's services again.
