The customer service is amazing ! The contractors are clean , polite and clear on next steps. Then we’re open on issues faced and plans to mitigate each issue. They completed everything on time as they said they would and even came back to correct any open issues.

I worked with Teodora Group to fix 3 windowsills in my condo that were warped due to condensation. They were easy to work with the whole way through and were very responsive. They helped me pick the right materials and the price was very reasonable. The guys who did the work were very friendly and polite and abided by all the right covid guidelines. The windowsills look SO much better and they even helped add some touch ups to other parts of the window.

Mitch and his team were a bunch of professionals right from the very start. Our project looked into remodelling our bathroom and kitchen in an older condo. While they had much expertise with houses, they admittedly said upfront that they did not do many condos so we knew exactly how to align our expectations with theirs. On top of the whole process fromdesign to build, it was also more of a enjoyable learning experience for both parties. Their attention to detail and resourcefulness helped us saved a bunch on material costs and labour. Given the tough building conditions in condos exacerbated by COVID-19, they were quick to respond to inevitable delays and a minor lapse in communication.
