My washer was never properly installed 2 years ago - it produced only hot water when, of course, I wanted cold most of the time.
I was so pleased with the wonderful service Meshach provided. He arrived the same day I inquired, quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it, checked that all the other functions were working properly and then explained how to get the best use out of my washer.
He was friendly, helpful and very capable. And the fee was very reasonable. I am so pleased that I finally decided to get help with the washer and that I was lucky enough to get Meshach to solve the problem.

No heat in our dryer so Electrogas Appliance Repair looked at the dryer and decided we needed a part replaced. Ordered the part and when it arrived he promptly returned and installed it right away. Efficient and professional. Will use Electrogas Appliance Repair again for future appliance repairs.

My oven had not been working for over a year and it was not an easy fix and needed multiple new parts that had to be ordered from GE. Electro Gas took all the time it needed over two days to get the job done right. thank you!

Meshach was prompt, communicative and fixed three appliances of mine - the igniter in my gas stove, the ice machine in my fridge and my washing machine leak. I would definitely recommend him to others!

Our bottom mount freezer was icing over, we would try and manually defrost it, unfortunately it seemed to be getting worse. The fan became louder and sounded like it was on its last legs. We had to bring in a pro.
The technician arrived and was polite, courteous, professional and was covid safe. He did his diagnostics and the condenser was completely frozen and said it may need to be replaced. He checked the manufacturer site for a recall and there was. Unfortunately ours was past warranty, so we would have to pay for the kit if needed and we were ok with that. The tech decided to defrost it with a steamer, he spent an hour defrosting it and made an adjustment to prevent the frosting.
He fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost and he followed up with a call to make sure it was still running fine.

Nothing wrecks the smooth functioning of a home than the washing machine not working. I used HomeStars to find a reliable service technician and I was not disappointed. Anujan was top shelf awesome. He took the time to listen to my own description of the problem and make a few suggestions before determining the parts he may need and making an appointment. Upon arrival Anujan was incredibly friendly, happy to give me a tutorial on the inner workings of the washing machine and diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time at all.

I would recommend him for any appliance repair in the future.

Anujan was very professional from the moment he was assigned our service repair. He scheduled a time that worked best for us, came in and efficiently assessed the root cause of the problem and was able to also explain why.
