I was so pleased with the reno Immaculate Improvements did in my own home in 2019 that I hired them to do a complete apartment reno in my father's home in 2020/2021. Again, my father and I benefitted from high quality workmanship and professional friendly service. Great design ideas were presented and products of good value were sourced out within our budget. As with older homes, many unexpected issues arose throughout the renovation. Immaculate Improvements dealt with each and every issue confidently and dependably. They went above and beyond to assist and adapt throughout the entire renovation. A beautiful finished apartment. We are very pleased.

Our shower was not useable due to a leak of unknown origins; we decided to take that opportunity to expand it into the empty wall space beside it.

Rob is meticulous; he doesn’t rush through things; and kept us updated every step of the way. As ‘issues’ came up (as they often do when you tear down a wall), he worked out solutions that looked great.

This was a scary project, our first big renovation. You hear horror stories of contractors taking advantage of you along the way - we are SO thrilled to have found Rob through this site. He was helpful and patient through the entire process.

As a bonus - our cat and our boys (4&7yr) miss Rob quite a bit. THANKS ROB!!

Rob was very prompt with his quote and there were very few changes as he worked. We replaced the stringers on a 15 year old deck / stairs. Some of the railings had to be replaced and the deck needed a significant amount of cleaning and sanding to finish. Rob and his daughter were done in 6 days We are very impressed with the finished product. The yard was always left clean and they showed up on time. I would highly recommend Rob for this sort of work

I can't begin to say how beautiful the bathroom was that Robert did. It was a large bathroom which he completely gut and put in a huge stand up shower, floating sink, gorgeous tub, stone wall and chandelier! His workmanship is absolutely perfect! I hired him for another bathroom (and other things) in another home! Since then Robert has completed a Home office with built-in cabinets, installed a new fence and put a very cool wrap-around deck for my hot tub. I have recommended Robert to a few of my friends and they were very happy. His work is amazing. It's hard to find someone who takes as much pride in their work as he does. He works as if it is his own home. He will exceed your expectations!

Robert and his team renovated our laundry room/bathroom in the basement. He came back to complete a renovation with our Master Bedroom, this included sectioning the room, adding a walk-in closet and a new master bathroom. We also had built in designed in the bedroom. In addition to this, Robert renovated our second bathroom, taking out the Shower stall and installing a Bathtub and renovating the rest of the bathroom (this included new hardware tiling etc).

All this work was beautifully crafted and renovated. He was very conscious of also leaving our place in great shape each night. Rob also has a great eye for colour and design which was helpful as we did not have an designer or architect work with us.
