We just bought our house in the summer and we discovered in the winter that our backyard hose inside 1/4 turn shut off ball valve was passing water resulting in a constant drip outside and build up of ice. Dean came in to fix this for us. Prior to coming in to do the work, Dean was very clear and informative on the phone about what he'd do to remedy this for us. When he came in to do the work, he was very thorough and not only replaced the shut off valve but also checked the pipes to ensure that they were not damaged. In addition, he was a pleasure to interact with during the visit answering any questions that I had and offering a lot of useful advice. We'll definitely be calling Dean in the future for any plumbing needs.

Dean did a timely, clean and professional change of bathroom hardware and toilet fix. He was on time and efficient in his work. I especially appreciated the quick responses he made to my many texts and questions. A perfect 10.

Dean was professional from start to finish. Despite a few hiccups, Murphy was working hard that day, with access to the home and then an electrical issue, Dean got all 3 tenants new water heaters set up and working. He dealt with the roadmaps like a pro, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had hot water at the end of the day. I would use him again in a heartbeat

Dean helped replacing 5 sets of faucets and drain, 10 valves in a bit more than 3 hrs, which is very fast. I then checked all the work to be impressively great.
The next day, I realize there was a little leak between the drain and sink (it’s an old sink), so I contact him. After seeing the pictures he immediately realized what’s happening and promised to come ASAP. So the leak is minor and the next day he came and fixed it.
I’m really impressed by the quality of his work and professionalism.

Had a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom drain that was making its way down to the basement. The repair was not easy due to the location which was in between the walls and floor with not much space. It took a lot of careful cutting and joining to make the repair but Dean is very experienced and capable and finished the job neatly and professionally at a fair price.

Our daughters toilet just would not stop making the gushing water noise and not flush well at all. We called Hoskins Flush Inc beacuse it had such great reviews to come and take a look at. Dean responded to my inquiry within hours and he was there the next day. He assessed the problem and let us know we need a new part and that it woudl take about 7-10 days to get in and asked if we wanted to wait or just get a lesser cost generic brand and he can fix right away. We opted to wait and during the waiting time Dean followed up with me to let me know exactly when part would be coming in, he came when he said he would and fixed very quickly and efficiently and the toilet works great. Dean is so professional and cleans up after he is done. Thank you very much Dean, you did a great job! We will definately call you back if we need more plumbimg worl done.

We had a leaky valve we needed repaired and a kitchen sink issue to get advice on. Dean was efficient in the way he did both jobs. He was also easy to work with. We are so pleased with the simplicity with which everything went off.
