NewGen Cleaning Services takes care of cleaning common areas every day in our large new apartment building, that includes hallways, garbage room, lobby, gym, lounge, and rooftop patio spaces. They assist with move-out cleanings between our tenants. They also offer private cleaning services in tenant-occupied apartments, with options for apartment cleaning on a regular basis or one-time-only. We are very happy with the services they offer, the excellent quality of work, and their friendly and helpful attitude. The approximate cost is $4000/month but varies based on the number of move-out cleanings.
