The receptionist and the handyman were professional, knowledgeable and client centered throughout. I appreciated that the timeline was very responsive and accomodating so an appt was made immediately with a call. The follow up call was great personal service. This is the 2nd time I had this company do work in my home and am 100% satisfied.

Needed some help replacing a door sweep and fixing up some caulking around the kitchen. Patrisha and Sam were very friendly and quick to assess our issues and make a recommendation. Repairmen came in the next few days and worked quickly. Highly recommend and would use again.

After a disappointing experience with a similar type of company, we tried Mr. Handyman. Sam, the owner, came over and assessed the job and explained how the company works: they would provide an estimate, we would pay only for the time taken, and the workers would arrive when we were told they would arrive. Everything went smoothly. We were given a reasonable estimate, and the workers arrived and did the work. Sam and Patricia were wonderful to work with: completely upfront and honest; and the workers always showed up with masks and simply did the work. They were pleasant to have in the house. Professional service! Right from the lady Patricia who answered the phone to the crew - Sam and Marino. They stacked my laundry machines, without much noise ( we are all online for work and school), cleaned up after themselves and ensured that the machines were hooked up and running again before they left.
Customer Service was top notch!

Great job! Mr. handyman fixes everything including the kitchen sink.
