Last winter was the first time that we had used a snow removal service. We were out of the country for 2 1/2 months. We contracted Tyler to clear the snow from our cars, clear the driveway and shovel the walkway. Tyler did an excellent job. Our neighbours kept an eye on things and were very impressed. Tyler even sent me a photo of him working. I highly recommend his company.

The city of Ottawa left a huge mound of snow in front of my driveway and refused to take accountability rendering my car useless for over a week as I tried to get them to come and remove the snow.
