Thank you for your feedback. As per the contract there was 1 hour window for arrival , also we booked your move last minute on the same day and arrived on time.
I do apologize if you had encountered rude behavior from the mover , we have taken action towards the movers already. We did reimburse you for the frame on the next day, it was not due to any delay as previously mentioned to you regarding the claim process timing. Furthermore, we processed $300 additional as a compensation to your dissatisfaction.
