We hired Jared to replace our old deck. We chose him because of his reasonable rates, but also because we felt comfortable with his knowledge and ability right from the first meeting.

Along the way we discovered that the fence also needed to be replaced, and Jared was very flexible in working with us and our neighbour to also fix that.

He clearly has a passion for his work and went the extra mile and made design suggestions to make sure that we ended up with something that we love. We are already talking to him about additional projects, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

We had a couple of wooden gates that were warped and would not stay closed. Additionally, we had a fence that was topped with the old diagonal lattice that was well past its prime date. Jared replaced all the lattice with new vertical lattice and created a well-matched back fence of lattice to match. He also integrated the lattice into one of the gates to bring the whole space together in a much more cohesive look. What I really liked about Jared is that he really wants to do a great job and thinks through the design of the project to create an optimum outcome. He also regularly consulted with us along the way to confirm we were on the same page which was much appreciated. He was very flexible and did a great job. We are so pleased and would have him back to do other similar work in future. Thanks Jared!

This is the seond time Jared has done work for us. It involved replacing an old wooden walkway ouside a second floor apt. He was on site at 9 am on Sunday morning and did a fine job - again. He works well, has good ideas and reasonable prices and he is very personable. Absolutely no reservations about recommending him

The job was done fairly quickly and clean! He made sure to explain what was going to be done and required.

We had Jared complete some drywall patching for us after some plumbing work left holes in our kitchen ceiling and hallway. He fast, courteous and the work was good.

Jared was able to replace an old broken faucet in our bathroom, though it was covered in plumbers putty and quite the battle. He was on-time, polite and cleaned-up when he was finished. I was so happy with him, he even came back 2 weeks later when our kitchen sink faucet needed replacement

Jared proposed 8 am on a Sunday and he and his assistant were on site on time. The work took much longer than expected because each wall required a different approach. (the bldg is 100+ years old and has had misc interior work done over the years). They worked well together and with great care; remained calm when confronted with the unexpected and did a complete vac job at the end. Absolutely no hesitation about recommending them.

They came on time . Great work . Fast speed . Clean work . I am so happy about the work they did on my basement floor.
