They took longer to arrive that expected and once they got started their technician seemed somewhat inexperienced.

On top of that they charged additional $$$$ from their original quote. Unimpressed!

The starter dryer switch was no longer working and Sam responded quickly and over the holidays. Sam had to order the part and it took 3 days to arrive and he came back to install without me having to call/chase. Will definitely call Sam again for future repairs.
