Alex and his two workers did a great job. They work very hard and clean up the job site very well. We found a broken septic pipe just outside the house which compounded the problem. Alex replaced that pipe and did some plumbing inside the house to repair this and made it better than ever. They dug out around the wall and did their sealant. Fantastic job! Of course we need to see a good rain to ensure the wall is sealed tight but we are comforted by their work effort that we shouldn't have any future problems. The cost of the project never changed with the plumbing additives and I asked Alex if he could use his backhoe to remove our old chain link fence which he did no problem.
Don't hesitate to engage these guys. They might not have a long history behind them but I believe they have a great future. Thanks Alex

Alex's team did a superb job excavating the exterior of the house and waterproofing the wall. Tarps were used to cover the grass as to contain the dirt that was dug up. After refilling the excavation the grass looked the same prior to being covered with dirt. Alex was very detailed in replacing all and any items that were removed during the excavation. Alex explained the condition of the walls after the excavation was finished.
Weeping tiles were also installed on 2 interior walls along with a sump pump. Once again Alex and his team were very courteous when going in and out of the house. Alex ensured his team placed tarps wherever they would be walking in the house. Alex explained the installation of the sump pump as he went along. Very knowledgeable and helpful to the customer.

Hired these guys after witnessing their work at my neighbor’s side. They were doing waterproofing of the entire house and I needed the same thing. I wanted a storage for my garden tools and other stuff, so I hired them to do a foundation for a garage in my backyard. I was surprised when they finished everything in just a day. Great guys! I’m going to hire them again for basement waterproofing next spring.
