TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

Our experience with TSR was positive from the beginning to the end. They removed the squirrel family living in our bathroom vent humanely, repaired the vent cover and animal-proofed it to make sure the problem would not recur. They did a clean and humane job, and we are happy that animals have not been able to return. They tried to break the cover TSR installed but gave up in a few days because I guess the cover proved sturdy enough.

The company got rid of our bed bugs in one attempt. What we loved most about their service that they helped us prepare our unit for treatment.

We saw a mouse in the house, most likely due to renos being done by our neighbours. We live in a semi and have not had mice in more than 20 years. Sal came according to our schedule, was on time, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about mice. He strategically placed multiple bait stations and additional bait in the open ceiling of our furnace room. It's been over a week and we've not seen or heard another mouse.

I think Sal is the best animal removal technician we can find in this country. He handled our difficult raccoon problem professionally and was very kind to my elderly parents who were living through a major panic because of the raccoons. Sal made sure the problem was resolved quickly so that my elderly parents could be comfortable in their house. We had talked to other pest control companies before hiring TSR. We are so glad we made the right choice.

I am very thankful to TSR Pest Control for the honest and affordable wildlife removal service they provided for us. Raccoons had damaged our roof and attic significantly. We had hired another company to deal with our raccoon problem but soon realized that our job was a little too much for that previous company. These raccoons were very aggressive and we needed more experienced technicians to tackle them. TSR sent over technicians to review the situation and they agreed to take on the project.
