Alan solved our mouse issue in one go. He figured out quickly what needed to be done. We are glad we hired TSR and they sent an employee as knowedgeable as Alan to our house.

Alan came over and responded to our raccoon problem in the most professional and thoughtful way we could imagine. He built a custom exclusion device to fit the opening. What he did gave the raccoons a way out and has kept them from returning.

Wonderful customer service and technician work. They treated a bed-bug-infested property for us. Unfortunately, we had not taken a good care of the situation. But TSR was able to fix it for us.
