Company did not supply gas permit or GST number.

AAA Heating and Plumbing supplied and installed a new furnace for us on March 29, 2021. Any company that does the installing is required to pull a gas permit.

We were advised this was done and the city would be sending an inspector out. After three weeks of not hearing from anyone, we contacted the city and were advised that NO permit had been pulled.

We reached out to Dean, the owner, 7 times through Aprill 22, 2021 to May 27, 2021, with no response other than ‘I will send you the permit number’ which has never happened. It has taken days and sometimes weeks to receive any reply from him and all he states is that he will send the permit number.

A company that has no care or concern for the safety of their clients should not be in business. This can be very dangerous and could cause injury or worse - death.

This company also operates under ‘AAA Heating and Cooling’ and ‘Climate Change’. Companies should be transparent and respect the well-being of their customers and AAA Heating and Plumbing has shown they don’t care about customer service or customer safety once they have been paid. We also noted that GST was charged, however, no GST number appears on their invoice as required by law.

The whole experience was great, no one likes paying for a new furnace but these guys make it easier. Dean made arrangments for an early install, which was so apreciated on my end. and the job done clean

Got a new hot water tank replacement and Dean and his crew showed up three hours after he said he would with no buckets or rags to empty old water tank. Had to supply them with towels to clean up water and they left a wet mess in both laundry room and furnace room. Dean didn’t bother removing his wet snowy boots and tracked water all the way down to the basement.
His price was $575 more than the competition and he was not willing to try to be competitive with his pricing. They left the job with puddles in my furnace and laundry room and I was left cleaning up after they left, even throwing wet rags onto my golf shoes. Call w.h tec for the same 50 gallon tank at $575 less if you want to save over 33%.

Our tare tank broke during the Christmas holidays. They manage to find a water tank from their suppliers and install it promptly and efficiently. they were amazing. Great work and great crew.

My rental property hot water tank stopped working. I called AAA and Dean responded very quickly. He gave me a sensible advice of changing the hot water tank and gave me a quote, he also offered me for not charging for the service call on top of the discount he was offering. I checked with Lowe's and they gave me a cheaper price even if I include the service call that Dean was waving and the emergency call charges. However, when they visited the property they figured out they need a different tank and after modification it will cost me way over what Dean has quoted.

I called Dean and although I rejected his quote once, he was very nice to me and kept his words and replaced the tank ASAP.

I was extremely impressed by his courtesy and professionalism.

Furnace blower stopped working on a weekend. They came same day to assess and had all parts available in truck to replace.

Would use them again and very much recommend.

An Emergency call done from Montreal for a disabled Calgary resident. The response and speed of the repair was very professional and well executed. Dean did a super job and I would highly recommend them to anyone !! They came through at a difficult time and it is appreciated. Bravo !

Very happy with the service. Our CO detector went off in the morning, we had ATCO come out and it was established that the furnace was the cause of the CO leak. We called AAA and within an hour Dean came and figured out the issue. The team came out and had us fixed up in no time.

Discovered a minor gas leak and after Atco determined it was work to be done by furnace tech , I called here. Dean answered and was able to come to my house within an hour to quickly and efficiently fix and address the issue . Peace of mind and safety.. such a relief . Thank you for great service Dean and for squeezing me in when I was in such a worry.
