Top Island is the best contractor in Campbell River. I will only them going forward. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was. We have had a lot of bad experiences with various contractors and trades, and these guys were top notch! The service, professionalism and quality were superb!!!

Old siding off, new siding on. Efficient, careful, perfectionist professionals. Started & ended on time. Cleaned up each day. Went above and beyond expectations to be helpful and considerate. Highly recommend Top Island Construction for large or smaller projects.

Allan and Chris made this whole project, which we were dreading, a totally stress free experience from beginning to end We really appreciated Allan’s promptness in replying to email questions, courtesy on the job site (no foul language), and attention to detail.
