We wanted to replace an old wood/vinyl siding balcony railing and rubber membrane flat roof that was leaking. There was a lot of old stuff to be removed and taken away before job could even begin. Ilir took charge of the project. Any concerns I had were responded to and addressed immediately. The work done by Ilir and the other trades was excellent, the work site was kept clean, and the end product has updated the house from the 1960's to the 21st century. We highly recommend Ilir and his very professional team.

I did a lot of research prior to committing to Ilir and his crew at Almex. They finished my shingle replacement in two days including clean up and I was very happy with the work, the professionalism and friendliness. Top recommendation from me! (And I’m very picky!)

I requested a quote from Ilir at Almex for complete roof replacement, soffit, eavestroughs, downspouts and leaf guard. They were one of three quotes that I received. Although Almex was not the lowest quote, I felt comfortable with Ilir because he was the only one to climb up on the roof and properly assess the condition of the shingles, etc.

We agreed to an installation date of first week of September. In the interim, my wall mount air conditioner started leaking inside the house each time it rained due to clogged overflow pipe. I contacted Ilir with an urgent request and he arrived on a Saturday morning with double the normal number of workers so they could get the roof replacement done in 1 day. The following week, all the aluminum work was completed. The workmanship is great, they cleaned up and best of all, my air condition no longer leaks.

Now that is customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend Ilir at Almex Contracting.

Ilir and his team are busy around the clock this time of year, and it’s no surprise why: they do amazing work. Despite being busy, he still made the time to take on my comparatively minor project, which was to install 6 roof vents and run a new flashing around the border of my flat roof. From diagnosing the problem to coming up with a solution to implementing the solution, Ilir and his team were exceptional. The work was also done exceptionally fast and at a reasonable price. I’ve previously used fancy big name roofing companies thinking that for a little extra money I get the peace and comfort knowing the job would be done well and they’d stand by their work. This is not been my experience. Going with Ilir has been the best roofing decision I’ve ever made.

Ilir is my roofing guy from now on.
