Bill and Lee Ann were an absolute pleasure to deal with for our roof and gutters. Communication was on point and all questions were answered and the price was fair.

We lost our shingles during a wicked wind storm and Bill and Lee Ann were amazing to work with during that emergency. They were extremely helpful through the process of doing my first ever home insurance claim. Never felt any pressure. I looked up the products they use and they are quality assured products. Response time was amazing, out of all the companies I called they were the only ones to call me back the same day. Would not go to anyone else after using Trade-Rep. Bill and Lee Ann were great to work with! A section of our roof was in desperate need of repair and with one call, they got an aerial view and a quote. Knowing how we needed this done before the snow, they carved a day out of their busy schedules and sent their guys out to do the job.
Their crew was curtious and hard working. Getting the job done efficiently. Clean up was good, for the most part. We found a few roofing nails afterward, but overall, the guys were very neat.

I needed a roofing project done in the Napanee area for my mother's house and I didn't know anyone in that field of work that could help. Being that I live in a different city, I had to rely on an internet search and customers reviews to make a decision.

With that said, after viewing several positive reviews, we hired Trade-Rep to complete the roofing project. Wow, I was really impressed. Had to get shingles replaced on an older house in Prince Edward County. Bill and Lee Ann responded quickly and were very pleasant to speak to and very professional. We were provided with a very detailed estimate along with some very helpful info. It was great to be able to talk to Bill on the phone. Whenever we had a question he was more than happy to help and discuss. The guys did a great job with the roofing and also did a great job with the clean up afterwards. We're very pleased with the results and the no hassle process. Highly recommend!

I had Bill, Ivan, Lee Ann team tackle a complex job of a repair of cracked main beam at main cottage in living room and removal of brick chimney with excellent results. Clean well organized job site and they are very careful in their workmanship and attention to fine details. I had them work on installing 4 metal roofs on 2 properties which consisted of main cottage, outhouse, Gazebo and boat house in Glen Ross area. Trade-Rep Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job re-shingling a cottage roof. The expectation was to remove a single layer of shingles, but upon commencement of the job, three layers were found. One layer in particular was not ordinary shingles and very difficult to remove. In spite of the disruption to the company's work schedule, they agreed the job should be done right, so took the extra time and effort to remove all the old layers. Negotiating with Bill and Lee Ann was a pleasant experience, and they always ensured we were satisfied with the work and the result. (This included planning to work over a weekend if it should prove necessary.)

They were very professional and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. If they had any questions or concerns they asked us right away to get clarification. They did excellent work.
