Very prompt service, but could be more thorough.

They were able to come in within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem. He spent a few minutes with my washing machine (3 years old Whirlpool) and diagnosed that the motor was gone and would have to be replaced. He suggested motor replacement would be around $500 and recommended purchasing another one.

I called up a friend and explained what Tony said. He spent 15 minutes online and said he knows what the problem is and would order the part. Came over in a few days with a motor part (carbon brush) and replaced it in 30 minutes. The machine works fine now.

The company is good for simple fixes, but don't recommend for all repairs. They were the lowest with their service call charge so I guess you get what you paid for. They'll push you to buy a new/refurbished machine through them. I recommend getting a second opinion at that point.

I posted a service request late at night/wee hours of the morning, and within minutes I had received a response from Tony. He quoted us $55 for the site visit to confirm what exactly needed to be done as I wasn't sure if it was just the dryer belt. My only suggestion is that the $55 site visit be paid as a deposit (if we hired him for the job) which is what other companies were offering, rather than charge it as an extra fee in addition to labour and the new part. We paid cash for the job.
Tony repaired our dryer on the spot quickly, and conveniently. Tony was easy to communicate with and he came when he said he would. I would hire Tony again and recommend him.

I hired this fine gentleman through word of mouth. He was recommended by someone whom he had worked for. He was well mannered and did his job at a very affordable price. At least 40% cheaper than some of the other contractors I had called for to fix my washing machine. I recently called him up again for my refrigerator service. He continued to do a great job.

Tony was quick to respond to our request and came the next day to assess the issue. He was very honest and said he could fix it but we could purchase another more reliable model. He provided suggestions as well which is sooo helpful.

Tony answered our call for a repair on our dishwasher same day. He was at our door by the next morning as he said he would be. Did his assessment along with the best price compared to other companies, ordered the part and was back again the following morning to complete the job. Tony is super friendly, very professional and just a stand up guy. As a stay at home Mom I appreciate his professionalism given I was alone with my baby.
