GTA Pro Contracting

These people are not PRO’s it will cost me more money to fix the nightmare that they have Built.The stairs are at the wrong angle and the stairs aren’t the same sizes. I have asked them to fix and they refused tried to say that they have to be this way( basically calling me stupid). I have 1 broken stringer and 1 post that was cut too short which they tried to hide with post cover. People do yourself’s a favour and don’t hire GTA Pro contracting. One of the owners was more
concerned about his own renovation and didn’t care
about the contracted jobs they have. I’ve paid them
just because I didn’t want a lean against my home.
These are NOT PRO’s at all. And I’ve still have the
wood garbage here for three weeks now witch they
were to be picked up. I never had a pro on site at all.
All their good reviews are from family and friends
only. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS and choose
someone else. So Upset and disgusted with Mitch and his lack caring only concerned about the all mighty Buck. No customer service only lip service. Jason should go to school to be a carpenter cause a carpenter would not have done so many errors with deck and stairs.

Was referred a couple companies for quotes to install a walkway and repair some existing interlock, GTA Pro Contracting seemed fair. Initial meeting was good and I was comfortable with the cost and proposed timing. I explained my timing for the job was not a rush but they seemed eager to get started. Within the first day of work I realized things were off. They dumped the materials in the middle of my driveway making it impossible to park at least one vehicle. I was told it was a three day job, which stretched into 7 because they were only half finished EOD Friday. Lack of communication was bad, was told delays were a result of being down equipment. The job was not completed well and the area was a mess following their departure. I still have to go back and fill in gaps between the stones that were not filled properly. Also they took my garden shovel, probably thought it was one of theirs, no response when I contacted them about it. There has been no follow up to the project since to verify satisfaction of the work. Perhaps it was just a bad week or two but it is just one more bad experience with contractors in the area. Get in, get out, next!

Our basement now features a modern kitchen and a beautiful space for family and guests. The construction team did a great job with the remodel. Priced well, on budget. Thank you.
