When I realised that I needed a new furnace, I had a million questions around cost, warranty, quality and brands. Andre was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. We arranged for a date to replace the furnace and the team were very respectful of our home and had the job done in about 3hrs. I was shown all the work that was done and give all pertinent information. I am very happy with the unit and I will definitely recommend them to others

I had an air conditioner that needed replacing and Andre was very responsive with a quick site visit and quote. He came to my place when he said he would, kept me informed on progress and timing and then delivered the quote. The job very challenging due to the location of the A/C and circulation system in my condo. Two other contractors were very unprofessional - one providing a quote and then no longer responding to calls or follow ups and other not showing up to quote. Clearly they did not want job - too bad they did not have the courtesy to just say so. However, Andre assures me that the job was do-able and that Patrick and his team had the experience to handle the complexities. They arrived on the scheduled date and got the job done. As expected they ran into some surprises but they stuck with it and got the job completed after nearly 10 hours of work- only charging me for the extra parts not the extra hours of work. I would highly recommend Andre, Patrick and the team. I will follow up next spring and let you know who the system works over a hot summer.

So very pleased with the work and customer service put into my furnace installation. The whole process appeared to be seamless to me. I found the crew informative, patient and reassuring. Prior to the install I was provided with enough pertinent information which steered me away from unnecessary overspending in the long run. So very thankful to Andre, ,Grace and the team behind the scenes for their genuine assistance, respect and extensive knowledge.
