The hot water tank wasn’t originally on the to do list but John discussed the risks of an old water tank and it made sense to do it. He doesn’t recommend stuff he doesn’t believe in.

Can't say enough about the service from John. My ac capacitor blew on Canada day. Didn't have the part but the next day searched high and low to find this elusive part. Found the last remaining part and air was back on shortly after. He has my business from this point on when no one else in Vernon bc would even call back. So if his competition reads this shame on you guys and take note on how a real business with real customer service should be run.

John helped us get our AC running at 9pm. We received a call back right away and he provided after hours service for our family of so that our unit could get up and running during BC's extreme heat wave. Very knowledgable and honest. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

John and Landon were a pleasure to deal with - they helped install an ecobee in an older home that required a little more HVAC knowledge than what ecobee's guide provides. Landon helped me understand what he was doing and answered all my questions. The customer service from both John and Landon was exceptional!
