Zac and his team came in to do the flagstone on my porch the guy is removed are old wooden steps put new concrete ones in and started to install Flagstone. they were about 50% completed and my husband and I really did not like the colour that we chosen. Zack did not give us a hard time at all ripped it all off and start it over with new stone. We then asked him to do are interlocking in front of the stairs. We couldn't be happier. We found Zack through our kitchen contractor and we are so happy with the work and will recommend him to friends and family.

Our Roof was in desperate need of replacing are 25 year old shingles. Zac and his roofing crew did a great job and and a good clean up. We are very happy with the roof.

Avenue Road renovations price the job quickly and fairly. they started when they told me they would start and completed the job on time. The work was done as discussed and promised. We were pleased to do business with a trustworthy contractor.

Horrible, Unprofessional and Dishonest - Over promised and under delivered. Took my $1000 deposit May 6th and didn’t do the work. Ignored my emails and phone calls and after promising to refund my deposit on July 2nd, I’m still waiting for the cheque. Stay away from this company if you want any actual job done. Very disappointed by this bad actor.

We hired Zac and his dad last summer to redo the stone on our front porch and stairway. Upon completion of the job there was a cracked stone and loose bricks which Zac assured me he was coming back to fix. We paid them in full as they were trustworthy during the process. And then *poof*, he disappears. It has been over a year now with countless emails and phone calls to Zac. At one point earlier this spring he did finally get back to me to say he was coming to fix it, but as was his track record, a broken promise.

Zac can claim this review is for "another company" - York Mills Construction -- however it is basically the same company under a different name. Zac is the common person between both companies and he cannot be trusted. Never hire him regardless what his company name is.

This is the second time we've used Avenue Road renovations. We found them based on the location of our home. If we knew Zack had a home stairs profile we would have reviewed him much sooner. Zack was Hands-On and was at arhaus supervising for 90% of the job. We would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future again.

The work was quickly done after the contract was signed. However many gaps between the stones were left untreated. My husband was nice enough to make the full payment first as Zac promised his team will come back to fix them, two months past, they have been ignoring our calls and emails.

Bad customer service. Left behind a big mess. Okay product.

I hired Avenue Road Renovations to repair stone front steps. The contract stated that the services would commence 10 days after signing, but they did not begin until a month later. The work itself appears well done, and the price was fair. However, the crew dumped the waste material into the flower beds. I contacted the company to request that they return and clean up, but they have ignored my phone call and emails.

I would not recommend Avenue Road Renovations, particularly to anyone who values passable customer service.

Zac and his crew lifted all the interlock on my driveway, regraded the slope and reinstalled the existing stone. It looks incredible now. Thank you Zac and team!!
