We called 4 companies before and all refused to do the work because it was inconvenient - the neighbours house is quite close, making access to the hole difficult.
My wife and newborn son were very upset. Once we called Alex he came right away and took care of the issue without complaint. He then returned the next day to humanely trap 3 squirrels and best of all he sniffed out the dead one that plagued our house - IT WAS IN THE FURNACE.

The team is effective and courteous. They are returning again today to proactively animal-proof the house to mediate potential future issues.
