The representative did an excellent job and cleaned up all the debris. He left the site spotless. He also went beyond his duty and cleaned some skylights leaving them spotless.

Admittedly I was a little skeptical about Crown with their high reviews. But after Carl cleaned the roof, I am convinced. He was very comfortable on my roof which is reasonably steep, does an extremely thorough job, cleans up after, is professional about his business transactions & a sense of humor & smile to boot!

We have had many companies clean our concrete tile roof over the years with mixed results. We live in a wooded area of North Vancouver so there is lots moss and debris that accumulates and this roof requires some additional knowledge to be done well. I was very pleased with the job Crown (Carl) did this spring. He worked efficiently but with good attention to detail. We were planning on getting our cement tile roof cleaned this year as it was full of moss and white spots accumulated over the past 20 years. Crown Properties came knocking on our door, provided a very good quote and a week later our roof looks brand new. Knowing that Carl, the owner of the business, was doing the actual cleaning on our roof gave us confidence that the job would be done right. They offered a date earlier than expected. I was more than happy to have them start the job asap. They did a great job of removing moss, cleaning off the gutters and washing the outside of the gutters on the house and garage. I don't cringe when looking at the roof anymore.
