They were responsive and provided a quote that was within market price. However we are very disappointed in how they managed this project. We told them from the very beginning that we had asbestos in the bathroom. We got a contract months ahead of the project due to start. There was no mention of the need for asbestos remediation in the plans. 1 1/2 months before the work that due to start, only then do they inform us that a professional remediation would be needed and that it would be at an additional cost to the quote.

We do not have any confidence in this company on how they will manage our project going forward. So now we have to find another contractor last minute, one who knows how to deal with asbestos and plan for it ahead of time.

Noah and his team did a complete bathroom renovation in our home. I could not be happier with them and the work they did. Our bathroom looks fantastic! The price was competitive and they were friendly, transparent, professional and clean. Noah was always available to answer questions and explain what was going on every step of the way. Much to my surprise, they completed the renovation exactly on time, despite some unforeseen issues that came up at the beginning (structural and plumbing problems that only became apparent after the demolition). I will definitely approach them for future renovations and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Noah was very responsive and easy to work with. I was replacing a 30 year old tub and surrounding tiles, and he provided some good ideas for the project and advice on what materials (tub, tiles, plumbing) to install. The work progressed as planned and the work area was cleaned up nicely upon completion. The installation looks great and I've very pleased with the quality of work. He added additional structural elements in the walls so that it would stand the test of time.

Noah and his team have always done a great job. This is the third renovation project they have done for us: master bathroom, powder room and new basement room. This project involved adding a new basement room with new door, trim and painting.
They are friendly, patient, professional and do quality work. Very good value for the work.

We contracted Noah of Arise Renovations to complete a small renovation to our laundry room. Our laundry room is on the main floor of our bungalow and is about 3' by 6'. We needed to replace our washer and dryer and the newer models (front loader) would not work with the bi-fold doors. We wanted advice on the options available to us. Noah provided this advice and did the work to remove the bi-fold doors and install proper doors, repaired the uneven cupboard, installed the dryer and painted the room. The job was completed in the time promised and we are very happy with the outcome.

I needed my basement spruced up and painted. Arise Renovations did a great job, cleaning and painting the ceiling walls and floors and putting up storage shelving I had bought. They were efficient and worked long hours to ensure the project was finished in time. I would highly recommend them.

Arise Renovations' replacement of our water-damaged outdoor window frame and screen was meticulous and painstaking. They far exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to call upon their services again.
