Mason Painting & Services

We are undergoing full renovation of our main floor, including our basement. Unfortunately, we have been living in a construction zone since November 2019. We just couldn’t find a contractor to commit to completing the work. Repeated unreliable, no show, shoddy renovators.
Then I came across Mason Painting and Services on the Homestars website. Their reviews were very good, but I was a little apprehensive because of my previous experiences.
I have to tell you that I’m really glad I decided on hiring them for my drywall / tape / plaster work. I was very impressed with the customer service, professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work this company offered.
Javier assessed the work that needed to be done, and promptly provided a quote, and timeline for the work to be completed. He refused receipt of any money until the job was done, AND I was 100% happy… Now that’s someone that stands behind his work!
He, and his team began working at 7am each day, and worked until 5 or 6pm. They carefully covered our belongings and windows with protective wrap, and tidied up at the end of each day. Upon completion, Javier walked me through the completed project area so I could inspect the work, and make sure I was happy. Not only did they meet our expectations, they went above and beyond to exceed them. Mason Painting and Service demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and dedication for their business.
Not only are we extremely pleased with the result of our main floor ceilings, and walls, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future.

Javier arrived when he said that he would and he was polite and easy to talk to. He finished the job in a timely fashion.

Javier repaired drywall in my closet. The shelf brackets had pulled away from the wall and the shelf was falling away. His work was excellent. He finished the edges of the new wood pieces, primed the wood and painted everything. I would not hesitate to called upon Javier again or recommend him to others.

Javier and his team fixed our water damaged kitchen ceiling and painted the full kitchen. Great job, very careful not to get any paint on cabinets, floor etc. They were great to work with, on time, tidy. Very pleased with the results and will defiantly use them again.

A wonderful job completed! Javier and Danielle repaired my ceiling that was damaged by water and painted it and hung my new chandelier. The water damage is completely gone and my ceiling looks brand new!! They are easy to communicate with, professional, on time and very skilled. I can’t wait to work with them on upcoming projects! We would highly recommend Mason Painting & Services! Our services included a plaster ceiling repair in the living/dining room, replacing the entire ceiling with a smooth finish, as well as painting our natural oak kitchen cabinets. Javier and his team were hired to repair some drywall in a few challenging areas that are highly visible (ceilings) and above my skill level.

Javier was there on time as communicated, was very efficient, clean, and mindful of the fact that my wife and I were working from home needing quiet on occasion.

A large area in my basement was drywalled but it needed to be taped, mudded and painted. Javier and his assistant completed the job in three days and I am very happy with the finished results.

Javier was very professional and honest from start to finish. He came to the house, gave me a written quote and requested no payment until the work was finished. He was on time everyday. There was considerable sanding involved in the project. The basement floor was covered and there was no dust noted in the rest of the house. When he left the room was cleaned and in good order. He did everything he promised.

I really liked his very honest business like approach. I thought from my first conversation with him he would do good work. I was right.

We found Mason Painting Services on Homestars and we're really glad that we did.
Our house was looking a bit tired, with baseboards that needed some work, and a bathroom that needed to be entirely repainted.
Javier did excellent work, and our house looks totally refreshed. He is also really pleasant. I knew right away when he came to do our estimate, I didn't need to call anyone else- we were in good hands.
