Janzen Home Inspections

We hired Kevin Janzen to perform a home inspection as one of the conditions for purchasing a new property. Kevin arrived on time and was very thorough with his inspection and provided a very detailed report including pictures and moisture report for water damage in the dining room ceiling. He checked the condition of all the appliances and noted that the garburator was not functioning and two of the gas stove burners had a lower flame than the others. Kevin was very responsive and provided good recommendations regarding the report and any items of concern. I would have no hesitation to use him again in the future or recommend him to friends or family.
