This is our third basement reno for three different houses with MN Homes and even though we knew we could count on quality workmanship, the MN Homes team outdid themselves once again. It started with Nav stepping through our vision late last year and making recommendations on room placement, materials, and finishes that would meet our needs and offering a competitive quote. Nav was even able to accommodate it when we moved up our reno by one month.

MN Homes was very professional from the beginning of the process down to the end. They were transparent in their quote, punctual, friendly and very reliable in getting the work done right. We were repeat customers with MN Homes and were very happy that we choose them again. We did a kitchen and basement renovation, including taking out a support wall in the kitchen. We particularly appreciated how Nav minimized the impact on us by hanging curtains to keep the dust and debris out of the rest of the house. He managed to keep the existing kitchen functional while He took the wall out and then did the rest of the work so quickly . We did have a little problem in the basement we had to call him back to fix, but he took care of it and replaced everything as needed. Thank you.

I would highly recommend MN Homes to anyone considering renovations in their home. Living with construction is stressful at any time... however, MN Homes made it a good experience seeing our new our bathrooms and kitchen come together. Our contractor Nav was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, meticulous, always checked with us before proceeding with anything, and never left our house after a days work with out it being clean and tidy and very livable.
