So a raccoon (and maybe more) pulled apart the soffit under a fake dormer over our garage. Still not sure if there is a nest/babies in there, a one-way door was installed for the adults to leave from and hopefully mama raccoon doesn’t have a nest there, but either way this was the best way to proceed. Muhamet was excellent, very logical in his process and proactive in recommending the best course of action to seal up the spaces so that raccoons can no longer make a home in the garage fake dormers. He gave me a quote based on the photos and kept to that, with a few additional things being recommended upon his inspection of the situation. My husband and I are impressed with his work and recommend him.

We thought we had a raccoon in our attic. Mahamat was recommended by a friend of ours. Mahamat did a thorough inspection of our attic and the outside of our house. Found that we had mice in our attic instead. Mahamat explained what he would do, was very knowledgeable and professional. Mahamat was a God sent. He was very pleasant and polite. He inspected our attic thoroughly and brought to our attention of a potential fire hazard with the exhaust fan/duct which he brought to our attention right away. We had another company who inspected our attic and did not noticed the potential fire hazard.He also inspected the exterior of our home and gave us valuable information to keep critters and rodents out. Raccoon made its way into the roof of my dwelling and i needed expert help to get rid of them. Mr Abdoulaye was recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He was courteous and perform with great professionalism. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what exactly he would be doing. He was able to free me of the raccoon. So, if anyone is looking for someone who is respectful, cares about your home and the quality of work done, give him a try.

We asked for a company to come help us as we were hearing continuous sounds in the attic.
Mahamat quickly responded. He came did a thorough investigation and solved our problem in a couple of hours. He made sudggestions and made sure the problem would never occur again.

Mahamat is a cheerful and high professional contractor. He answered my message for assistance within 5 minutes and came the next day right on time. He spent a good 30 minutes surveying the problem (the racoons were making a huge racket) and came back with photos and a highly detailed estimate that showed both the minimum needed to solve the problem and the maximum work needed to bar all possible entry point in the future. He explained the problem and used the pictures to illustrate what he planned to do. He has been in business for 12 years, so we accepted his lifetime warranty and were also impressed by other recommendation on Homestars.

He worked for half an hour longer than he estimated and actually lowered the price when some things proved solvable in more reasonable ways. I found him incredibly polite, knowledgeable, concerned with our issue, and--this is unusual in many contractors--proud of what he does and eager to do it well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
