Our bathroom was very much out of date and plain vanilla builder quality. Daniel and his team helped guide us to a nice modern bathroom that we love with a beautiful glass shower.

The crews cleaned up behind themselves and were extremely nice throughout the project.

From start to finish we found Gracia Makeovers an amazing contractor to renovate our house. We selected Daniel from Gracia Makeovers as our neighbor recommended him and we were impressed by his knowledge, his honesty and promise to have the renovation done on time and on budget. We had Daniel and his team change our hardwood floors, install pot lights, stain our staircase and paint and also completely renovate our bathrooms. Daniel was very helpful and provided lots of guidance and advice when it came to choosing colors, hardwood, and styles and planned our renovation to meet our budget. My experience with Daniel was extremely smooth. He had a great team come in for the work. They were efficient and got everything done on time.

Demolish the existing Kitchen and install new one as an L-shape, Demolish existing Bathroom and install new one and the same with Washroom. (Floor & wall tiles, vanity, faucet, toilet seat, bathtub....)Replace and install sliding patio doors and windows. Seal Balcony floor. Add extra insulation in the attic. Replace all fixtures in the whole house. Install new metal exterior door between house and the Garage.

Daniel and his team did a great job on our house. They provided a detailed list of what was included and what was not included. They were fair and reasonable throughout. The workmanship was top notch and they paid attention to detail. They completed the work on time and they were very reliable.
