I learned that you have to be careful with the tp-link brand, you save money, but you get what you pay for. For example, so Kunsten suggested a different brand: the wifi extender I had only works on the same electrical circuit which doesn't make sense if what you are trying to do is reach another part of the house which you can bet won't be on the same circuit. Bad tp-link design, you save money, but then this flaw makes them garbage.

Teddy and Filip worked with us to determine the right network for our family. They were knowledgeable and very efficient in setting up our mesh network.

They were patient, polite and answered all our questions.

They called and gave a time for the service and started on time. Teddy called to make sure the computer was operating correctly and the latest windows 10 version was installed after he was finished.

Teddy thoroughly connected and ensured my ethernet and coax cables inside my house were all properly connected + mapped out, and actually discovered that Rogers didn't properly connect my household to their network (the coax cable leading out of my house was not connected to anything) - when they had claimed a couple of days ago they completed the new installation.
