This is a review about their customer service. I had my windows replaced by them. The window looks good, and I thought I found a company I can trust and recommend. Then one of the window handles broke, and I asked for a replacement. Apparently, they never had the proper parts and asked me to wait. I waited 2 MONTHS. No follow up. So I called, and they said they had the parts. I'm upset that I was in the dark, but maybe there was a real delay.
Paul, one of their customer service reps, said they were on a tight schedule, and gave me very limited choices for the day for the repair. Fine, I thought. The technician will be there between 1-4pm, he said. Well, today was the day, and what happens? No call until after 4, to tell me that the repair won't happen today. They said they can only book me this one day in October next week.
Is this what you want? To have to call to check if your parts have arrived. And then book off your day so you can be home to receive the technician, ONLY for them to not show up. Oh, and you will not have a choice in selecting a follow-up day.
I hope this is all just some mix-up; by all accounts, their reviews seem good, and my window looks good. But right now, and for the past two months, which included blazing August, my window didn't open from a broken handle, and they never seemed to care.
Choose carefully.
