Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy with the extra care they took to work efficiently and thoroughly without damaging my home hauling extra long hoses inside. Not the least expensive duct cleaner in the city but very thorough.

Did the job well and were very thorough - inspected ducts and pointed out mistakes from previous renovations. They also took time to answer questions and suggest solutions. As a result, took longer than the hour that was estimated and took the initiative to tape up some vents that they suggested were reducing HVAC efficiency. Unfortunately this caused the basement to become rather cold so I had to revert that change. Otherwise, very satisfied with their service. Mikhail (Misha) is very friendly and talkative!

Where do I begin?! Sems Duct cleaning is fantastic! I was shocked to see how respectful and professional the team was! My last experience with duct cleaning was terrible but now I know who to relay on! Their equipment is powerful and they took the time to thoroughly clean every vent throughout the house. We just finished renovations and got new flooring done. I was nervous about the duct cleaners coming in, but they were very understanding and placed sheets down, so the hose wouldnt scratch the floors. They also put something on the corners of the walls to prevent it from chipping as well. We live in Newmarket and could have got other duct cleaners to come in, but Im more than happy I chose the right company, Sems duct cleaning.
