We just transferred to our new home and requested for duct cleaning. Ray cleaned everything in our home he showed me how dirty it is. When he pop our dryer vent is was like snowing outside. Excellent service. I was apprehensive about letting another duct cleaning company into my house because the previous duct cleaning company totally damaged my furnace and I ended up buying a brand new one. Prior to coming to my house, Ray was very patient in answering all my questions about the process. Ray arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time and said that he will explain the whole cleaning process to me and after that I have the option of not proceeding with cleaning without any cost to me for cancelling. He walked around the house and explained the entire process. He spent 4.5 hours to do a thorough job. The previous duct cleaning companies used to be in and out and took 1.5 hours. I was impressed by how much effort Ray put into cleaning the ducts. He fixed the problem of no air circulation coming from one duct and low pressure air circulation from another duct. Ray let me see the entire process through a video as he was doing the cleaning and only stopped the machine once I was entirely happy. Throughout the process Ray was very gentle with my house and very polite. He went above and beyond to what I would have asked for. I would definitely be hiring this company again with pleasure. Overall it was a very worry free and pleasant experience.

I just completed a housing renovation and wanted to get the ducts cleaned prior to furnace installation. Ray and his team provided this service. They arrived on-time and were methodical in their approach. Photos and videos were provided to show the before and after conditions and they were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had. The fee we was discussed prior to the work was paid at the end of the transaction with no hassle or re-negotiation. I would use Mint Duct Cleaning again and would highly recommend them to others.

They were very professional and responsible. In the process, they showed me the inspection video through a phone. After work, they checked out the site to make sure it clean, nothing messy. Also, they helped me seal some parts of my ducts, which is not within their scope of services. The most important thing is that they have good prices without sacrificing good services that, I thought, were even better that others ( I used to experience so called big company’s service) .I chose a package with dryer vent cleaning, but I did not use it, so they deducted the amount and taught me how to do it by myself later. They were terrific. In a word, I strongly recommend this company.
