It was a pleasure to receive excellent customer service from Rayan. Very sweet and pleasant man who really cares about his business. So professional and answered all my questions. Cleaned my central vac filter which was not part of the package at no extra cost. His package price was excellent for a job well done. I would absolutely recommend his services. I couldn't be happier with this service. It was simple and easy to book. The team was prompt and thorough. Ray went out of his way to explain everything that would be happening. He was able to fix the air flow issues I was having in the upstairs vents and my freezing master bedroom. They even took care of all the dust and lint in the laundry room (behind the dryer where I could never get with the vacuum). Ray only suggested what was needed and I was able to downgrade to a lower package and save money. They were fast and efficient and friendly. The house now smells clean and fresh and I have piece of mind that I'm breathing fresh air. Thank you!

I used their services for duct and vent cleaning last week and I am very satisfied with the job completed. Ray is a true professional and does an excellent job. I am happy to see almost no dust in my house after. He also showed me the pictures of before and after and some videos that showed how much detailed work it was. Appointment process was easy and everything was well explained on the phone. On the day of the service which is 3/12 they arrived on time - explained everything before they started the work and after each task they were showing before and after images. Completed all the work as explained and cleaned up the place before leaving. Would definitely call them back when we are due to cleaning.

We found Mint Duct Cleaning on the West Rouge Residents Facebook site. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. They were on time, and very efficient! They found a duct baffle that was closed (reason a room in our house was so cold) and they also found a leak in the hose in the furnace (condenser line) which would of been an expensive repair had they not found it. I am very thankful I called them. The ducts are now clean, and the house smells good. Thanks so much for coming to our home and doing such an excellent job!

The service was very efficient and timely! They did a very thorough job cleaning our vents and they went above and beyond by helping us fix certain air leaks and showing us how to do it on our own. Overall, amazing job, will definitely be calling them again for future HVAC services.

Ray was so professional! The vents are super clean & sanitized. Our decade-old central vac base and hose have been thoroughly emptied clean! He even fixed some small issues inside our vent and helped us solve this annoying flapping noise that we lived with for months! From the start to finish, he'd explain what he was doing and showed videos of the before and after of most sections. He was sensitive to our kids doing virtual learning in the background and wanted to make sure it was OK before he started the machine for the duct cleaning. He even taught us how to clean the dryer vents ourselves. Overall 5* service and totally recommend! We will hire Mint Duct Cleaning again in 2 years.
